1) Cool Buy Enterprise will only accept return if there is Major Defect or Wrong item shipped.

2) ALL return items must be in original and condition and with original box or packaging as received.

3) Picture / Video of damaged / defect product must be sent to 010 4439932 or email customercare@coolbuyent.com

4) Our staff will attend to your enquiry by next working day

    (Office hour: Monday– Friday 9.30am-5pm)

5) IMPORTANT! We encourage customer to check for damage done by courier service on the spot when parcel arrived and to REJECT delivery if any damage found.

    Please take picture of the damage as proof and inform us the soonest.

6) IMPORTANT! Any damage by courier service must be reported within 24 hours from the time of receiving the parcel (follow courier tracking record date).

7) Please contact us first for return procedure and address. Unauthorized return will be refused or disregards.

8) Cool Buy Enterprise reserve the right for the final decision making.
